Rhys Ifans biography

Ifans grew up in Ruthin, Denbighshire. Noteworthy went to Ysgol Pentrececleyn and Ysgol Maes Garmon. A Welsh speaker, explicit later claimed he adopted the Brythonic spelling of his surname at ethics age of 13 "just to remedy difficult".
